These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the "Conditions") establish the rights and obligations of all users in relation to the use of this website (www.lacasadelte-teteria.com) and the purchase of products therein. They will be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish legislation.
We recommend that you carefully read these Conditions, our Cookies Policy and our Privacy and Data Protection Policy before using this website. By using this website or placing an order through it you agree to be bound by these Conditions and our Data Protection Policies, so if you do not agree with all the Conditions and the Data Protection Policies , you must not use this web page.
The Conditions will be applicable between the tea shop and any user of the website
You can not complete a purchase on the website if you have not previously accepted the Conditions.
These Conditions may be modified, so you must read them before making each order. In case of modification of the same by our company, the conditions to apply to each client will be those accepted at the time of making their purchase. You can access, archive and print the general conditions in force at the time of contracting for your query.

5. PROCEDURE OF PURCHASE

Placing an order on this website is very simple. You must follow all the steps of the online purchase procedure and finally, after accepting the terms and conditions, you must click on "Place order".

The detailed steps are the following:

1. In the "Shop" section, select the category and product / s that interest you / n. You can click directly on the purchase or through a click enter the product file to expand the information.
2. When you click on "Buy" a product, it is automatically added to the shopping cart. Then you can choose between "Continue shopping" or "Start shopping".
3. If you want to continue buying, repeat the process but if you want to process the order, you have to click on "Start purchase".
4. If you are already a registered customer, enter your user information. If it is not, click on "New user?". If you prefer you can buy without registering, entering your email and clicking on "Buy without registration". In both cases, in order to continue with the purchase, you must accept the terms of privacy.
5. In "Shipping data" enter your data and the address to which you want the order sent. You must indicate if you want this data to be also the billing information. When entering your data, verify that they are correct. In the "Observations" section you can enter a comment, such as the time in which you prefer to receive your order.
6. In payment information you must enter the billing information, along with your VAT number. Choose the payment method and enter the discount code if you have one. The payment methods are:
- Bank transfer: keep in mind that your bank may charge you a commission (for which we will not be responsible)
- PayPal
- Payment by card: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro.

7. In "Confirmation" check that the items that are part of the order are correct. You must accept the purchase conditions in order to complete the purchase. If you do not agree with these conditions, do not buy.
If your payment method is bank transfer, you will receive an email with the details of your order and the account number to which you must make the transfer.
If your payment method is PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal page so that you can complete the payment process.
If your payment method is Bank Card: you will be redirected through a secure connection to the payment gateway service provider entity, where you can enter your bank details and validate the payment process. By clicking "Authorize Payment" you are confirming that the credit card is yours. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuer of the same, but if that entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver and we can not formalize any contract with you.

For the tea shop the order will be considered firm as of the validation of the payment.

6. PRODUCT OFFER, AVAILABILITY

The products offered in our online store are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The availability of the product and the stock of them are indicative, since they can be producing purchases (online and offline) at the same time. If an item is sold out, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If there are difficulties with your supply, we will reimburse you for any amount that you may have paid. 7. PRICES (VAT)

The prices of the products on the website appear in euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. In the event that there are offers, the original cost and the applied discount will be indicated on the same product.
The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times on our website, except in case of manifest error. Although we try to make sure that all prices listed on the page are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we can not contact you, the order will be considered canceled and you will be reimbursed in full for the amounts that have been paid.
We will not be obliged to supply the product (s) at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unambiguous and could reasonably have been recognized by you as an incorrect price.
Prices may change at any time, but (except as stated above) the possible changes will not affect the orders with respect to which we have already sent a Confirmation of Shipment.
8. BILLS

The tea shop will always send you an invoice along with your order. If you want the billing to be in the name of your company, you must fill in the details of your company with the section "Billing address".
In accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
9. DELIVERY METHOD

The products of the tea shop are sent to the client by transport agency. No orders are sent to PO Boxes.
Unless extraordinary circumstances occur we will try to send your order within 24/72 hours from the Confirmation of shipment and in any case within 15 working days after having processed the payment correctly. Please note that we will not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
In the event that your order suffers some delay, this may be due to the following reasons:
- Personalization of the products
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Delivery area
If for some reason we could not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid.
When the transport agency delivers the merchandise, you must check that its presentation, status, documentation and packaging are correct. In order to admit claims in this respect, it must be included in the delivery note of the transport and communicate it to us within 24 hours of receiving the same.
For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" has taken place or that the product / s have been "delivered" at the moment of signing the receipt thereof at the agreed delivery address.
We will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the delivery date when it is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"). Some of these events of force majeure are: strikes or other protest measures; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster; impossibility of using means of public or private transportation; revolt, invasion, threat or terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or war preparations; Inability to use public or private telecommunication systems; acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
Impossibility of delivery:
If you are not going to be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, we kindly ask you to contact us to arrange delivery on another day.
In the case of 15 working days elapsed without your order having been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract. For this reason, we will refund all the payments received by you, to which we will discount the cost of returning the merchandise to our facilities. The refund of your money is made within a period not exceeding 30 days through the same means that you made the payment
10. SHIPPING CHARGES

The shipment of products in the Peninsula is free for purchases over 60 euros. If the amount of the products does not exceed this amount, the purchase entails delivery and transport costs that will be: for Peninsular Spain: € 6.60 (VAT included).
The shipment of products to the Balearic Islands is free for purchases over 150 euros. If the amount of the products does not exceed this amount, the purchase entails delivery and transport costs that will be € 20 (VAT included).
11. RETURN OF GOODS:

You have the right to return the product if you consider it and for this you have a period of 14 calendar days from when you received the order, to communicate your right to return. Please note that you must pay the return costs (shipping costs from your home to our facilities).
We can not accept returns of food products in order to guarantee quality and safety. Nor will you be entitled to a refund in cases of personalized items.
Your right to return will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them, including documents and packaging.
We will refund the value of the merchandise and the shipping costs in case of breakage or damage of the merchandise. No refund will be made if the product has been used or if it has been damaged, so you should be careful with the product (s) while it is in your possession.
Procedure to return an item:

To make the collection, the transport company will contact you. If, for any reason, you are not convinced by the proposed date, contact them to change it. Keep in mind that the expenses of the return (shipping costs from your home to our facilities) are from your account.
Once the product arrives back to our facilities and after examining the article we will inform you if you are entitled to the refund of the amounts paid. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which you communicate the intention to cancel. The refund will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.
Returns of incorrect items:

12. RESPONSIBILITIES
